THIRD-PARTY NOTICES
Liscaragh Software (Dave Devery Consulting Ltd)
Version: 1.0
Effective date: 27 July 2026
This page lists third-party software components that our products rely on, and how they are licensed. We keep it short and factual, and update it if that reliance changes.
1. NO THIRD-PARTY CODE IS BUNDLED IN OUR PRODUCTS
Our software, including Liscaragh Migrate, does not bundle, embed or redistribute any third-party libraries, packages or source code. What we ship is our own code, built against the .NET and PowerShell platforms that Microsoft provides as part of Windows.
2. MICROSOFT GRAPH POWERSHELL MODULE
Our products use Microsoft's own Microsoft.Graph.Authentication PowerShell module to authenticate to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph. We do not package, bundle or redistribute this module ourselves. Instead, our setup script installs it directly from the official PowerShell Gallery onto your own machine, under Microsoft's own licence terms for that module, in the same way you might install any other Microsoft-published PowerShell module yourself.
If your machine cannot reach the PowerShell Gallery at setup time, you can install the module yourself later with:
Install-Module Microsoft.Graph.Authentication -Scope CurrentUser
You can review Microsoft's licence terms for this module on the PowerShell Gallery listing for Microsoft.Graph.Authentication.
3. WINDOWS AND .NET PLATFORM COMPONENTS
Some parts of our tooling are built on the .NET runtime and standard Windows components (for example, the packaging mechanism used to build our installer). These are part of the Windows operating system or the publicly available .NET SDK, licensed directly from Microsoft to you as the owner of your device, rather than licensed or redistributed by us.
4. IF THIS CHANGES
If we introduce a product that bundles third-party open-source or commercial components in future, we will publish the relevant attributions and licence terms on this page, or alongside that product's documentation, before release.
5. CHANGES TO THIS PAGE
We may update this page if the third-party components we rely on change. The current version is always published at liscaragh.com/legal with its effective date.
