3,986 Office-family file(s) were stored at a slightly different size than the source. This is expected and not data loss: Microsoft 365 rewrites Office documents on upload, injecting a document ID and metadata, so the stored file differs from the original by a small amount. Non-Office files are verified byte-for-byte by size.

Files are verified as they upload. Non-Office files are checked byte-for-byte by size and content hash. Microsoft 365 rewrites Office documents on upload (it adds a document ID and metadata), so their stored size differs by design; those are verified as stored rather than by exact bytes. 41 file(s) needed one or more retries (Microsoft throttling) and then succeeded.
Time split, summed across the parallel streams: 09:57:12 downloading from Datto, 02:44:30 uploading to Microsoft 365.
Data moved directly from the source into your Microsoft 365 tenant with no Liscaragh infrastructure in the path. Every transfer ran over TLS on both legs. Files staged on the transfer computer were AES-256 encrypted at rest, with the key held only in memory and destroyed when the run ended. The source was read-only throughout.
